The Community Health Center of the Black Hills (CHCBH) General Beadle School Based Center offers a variety of dental services to children of all ages, including:

• Comprehensive dental exams and cleanings
• X-rays
• Fillings
• Sealants
• Fluoride treatments
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Crowns and bridges
• Sports guards
• Oral health education

The dental clinic is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is located inside General Beadle Elementary School at 1800 Parkview Drive, Rapid City, SD 57701.

Most insurances are accepted, and CHCBH offers a sliding scale fee discount program for those who qualify.

In addition to the services listed above, the CHCBH General Beadle School Based Center also offers a number of other dental programs and initiatives, including:

• Sealant Program: CHCBH provides free sealants to all second-grade students in Rapid City public schools.
• Fluoride Program: CHCBH provides fluoride treatments to all children under the age of 18 who are patients of the dental clinic.
• Oral Health Education Program: CHCBH staff provide oral health education to students at General Beadle Elementary School and other schools in the Rapid City area.
• Head Start Dental Program: CHCBH provides dental care to all children enrolled in the Head Start program in Rapid City.
