East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) is a non-profit organization that provides a range of dental services to uninsured adults in Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties, South Carolina. All services are provided at no cost to the patient.

The ECCO Dental Clinic offers a variety of dental procedures, including:

• Cleanings and exams
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Dentures
• Partial dentures

The clinic also offers a number of educational programs on oral health and hygiene.

The ECCO Dental Clinic is staffed by a team of experienced and compassionate dentists, hygienists, and assistants. They are committed to providing high-quality dental care to all of their patients.

The ECCO Dental Clinic is located at 1210 Camp Road, Suite 103, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
